Bounding Box in rotated coordinate system / rotated bounding box

Hi! I found a good way to find a rotated bounding box around multiple elements.
Maybe that would be useful for someone.

Hi Vsevolod,
Your code is great, but failing at certain angles, 0-2,45-47,180,270,360 (if you get the idea).

Edit- It works fine for all angles if elements taken more than one.
Cannot we have individual boxes for list of elements, rather than combined?
