Automating the conversion of imperial files to metric

Hi All,

Is there a way to convert revit family length unit from imperial to metric mm, area to sqm? Thanks.

Manage -> Project Units -> set as desired.

Revit converts automatically - no need to do any other conversion.

What you might want to do is change the default units of Dimension Types.

I don’t think you can access these part of Revit via Dynamo; these are more easily (for relative values of ‘easy’) set using the Revit API. try thebuildingcoder.typepad.com for further information about the Revit API
