Automate geometries copy to new Revit file

Hello,
Here again to ask something I couldn’t figure it out on my own. I’ve done some researches with no result.
Is there a way to copy some elements from a 3D view and paste them to a new file? I though about exporting groups, but doesn’t really work for my case since some groups could share the same geometry. This would end up in a wrong result since some groups could omit a needed geometry (eg. two groups share the same pipe which is crossing multiple rooms).

Any idea?

but when you insist on this way, you have only to delete the duplicates, i think thats easy to handle, you have warnings, you can check elements location… and clean up your copied model.
