All Elements of Category in View?

Seriously, I have this node at home, here at work, it’s gone?

Same Dynamo v2, could they have different builds?

I know there is a similar node from steam or some other package, but I think the OOTB is more optimized.

Could it be Revit 2020 versus Revit 2019?

But I thought Dynamo V.2 was Revit version independent?

Dynamo v2 has various sub-builds that get more nodes depending on your Revit version and build. Generally later builds of Revit will have more nodes like the above available. I seem to recall category by view came in 2020 or 2021.
