Does any one now a simple way to get area boundary?

Hi,
You mean something like the Surface.PerimeterCurves node ?
You can:
a) use All Elements of Category to get the area boundaries (below) or
b) select the Areas and use Room.Boundaries from Clockwork package (above)
In case a) you get the “original” lines, in this case 7 lines (not 9, as displayed to match the area rules)
In case b) you get the lines “shifted” according to the area calculation rules. I simply moved the green lines to show the difference
