Access Family Type Properties

Is there a way to access family “type properties” ?

Right now i am experimenting with the "All Elements of “Category” and “Element.Parameters” nodes on windows families.

I cannot access family properties (parameters) like “width” , “height”.

I also tried to create some shared parameters to transfer the information. even they won’t show up in the “Element.Parameters” node.

Could you please elaborate how did you managed to access the family Type parameters ? screen shot of dynamo script would be easy for both
I am trying to access the height and breadth of sheet family type, can anyone suggest how can i get them ?
