is this grids updates automatically if the coordination changes accepted ?

No - to set a degree of automation you would need to force align them to the grid elements. I’m not sure how to do that via the API. If you use a unique line style for them it would be easy to delete them in mass in the same script that creates them. This way you can run one script to remove the old and create corrected ones. This can be done periodically or as your grids shift.
