I am trying to get the total area of my windows from my Revit project. I have 212 windows 119 @ 1.674m2 and 93 @ 4.41m2 this should give me a total of 609m2 but i am getting 1215.725m2. what am i missing?
Don’t think this is Dynamo related issue. I’d say check manually if the reading of a area parameter of your family is correlated to the dimensions.

I think it meassures the Area on all sides of the window (since value is twice as high)
i had to change my parameter to instance not type, and now it works.
