Windows area wrong

Whats wrong here? When I use Element.Parameters the Area is 2,10 m2 but the window is 600x1200 mm = 0,72 m2?

May be because the parameter returns the entire ‘‘elements’’ area, front, back, sides and the like :slight_smile:

Get the width and the height parameter values and multiply the two as one method.
