Wall Layers - Associate Wall Type with Materials in Excel

I’m trying to do some QC on my walls and want to write the wall properties out to Excel, in particular the wall layers, and have the wall types correspond with their properties. I can get everything out without any issues, but I’m struggling to get the types to cycle correctly relative to the number of layers in the wall. Graph & quick snip from Excel indicating the result I’m getting and the result I would like.

I’ve mucked around with the List.Cycle and List.GroupByKey and haven’t had much luck.
