I am tring to find the start and end of a door opening along a room boundary. I tried intersecting the two geometries, but it’s returning empty lists…

So what i am trying to do is this:
this is giving me the walls foot print, and that’s great, but i need points grouped together appropriately so they can give me lengths, so I can place my family and they adjust the lendth parameter acordingly… Does this make sence…?
