Which Graphics card your using? It might be due to graphics card. Try changing the ‘preferred graphics processor’ to Intel/Default Graphics and restart Revit.

I have the same problem of dynamo on revit 2020, I did the same as the told but it’s still not working. Do you have any other solutions in mind?
(I have Intel and AMD Radeon graphics)
