Hello,
I’ve encountered a very frustrating issue that has cost me a decent amount of time and i’m not sure what else to try.
I found a similar issue : (Can't use geometry package, have both Revit and Autocad installed)
So i tried to uninstall both the extension and RSA 2025 and reinstalled with autodesks automatic pathing with no luck.
That make me think there isn’t is anything wrong with the file pathing but I cant imaging any other reason for this error.
anyone have any Ideas?
Which version of Dynamo are you using? And which version of AuroCAD did you install?
As the geometry library is pulled from the other application, the versions need to align, so if you want to use Dynamo Sandbox 3.0 you need Autocad 2025, for 2.18 you need 2024, etc…

I never installed Dynamo sandbox on my own. I just run the extension through Robot Structural Analysis(2025). It does run as its own app though unlike the Revit(2024) extension which runs inside of Revit and works…
Could that somehow contribute to the issue?
Have you installed another Autodesk product from the 2025 line? I.E. AutoCAD, Revit, etc.?
If 2024 works but 2025 doesn’t we might have to get the robot team to update the add-in. Sadly I can’t reproduce, but I also have like 10 versions of the geometry library that it could catch while your system might only have robot to fall back on.
No 2025 versions, but I have 2024 Autocad and Revit that I work in on a regular basis. Just started working with dynamo and RSA last week and just downloaded the latest versions for them. Either way just happy to have found a working version.
