I’m following dynamo tutorials, and I noticed while looking at the second exercise that what changed in Dynamo window did not change in revit project…
i’m using Revit 2017.2 and the lastest version of Dynamo 1.3.2.240

You are likely just inputting too small a height change. Increase the value you are inputting to the Z coordinate by x100 or x1000 and see if the blue dot changes height. The default size of the concept mass family template is huge, about 100meters, so moving it up by 7mm (or inches) will be difficult to notice
