Two lists of All Objects on Layer

Hi,
I have a problem with the “All Objects on Layer” node. I have two lists with blocks and two lists with layer names. The dynamo duplicates my lists to the number of elements.

Sadly these nodes (and a few others) don’t allow lacing and list level control. Looks like it’s defaulting to cross product somehow… which isn’t good (for obvious reasons).

I recommend using two nodes, one per block, for the time being. At least as a confirmation of the object count.

Also please submit a case via the accounts portal at manage.autodesk.com so we can get the the Civil 3D team’s eyes on this, as the node should allow lacing and list levels (as should any node with inputs).

Hola Amigo @Gif buenas.
The concept of Block is complicated, it turns out that both the Model Space and the Layouts of the file are blocks, you can also have blocks nested within other blocks, so some nodes ask for that variable to search within that block, I know it is a very abstract concept, it also explodes my head!! :exploding_head:
