Transporting net volume to excell

hi,
I’m trying to make a dynamic link between the volumes in the surface properties and excel, so that this link will be dynamic. But I just cant seem to figure it out. I’ve tried a couple of different things which all didnt’t fully work. The things I tried can be seen below:

  1. I tried the terrainstatistics node, but the area3D cell had a value of 0.

  2. The next thing I tried was creating a solid based on the corridor, but since the surfaces are based on different materials this only gave the full volume. Not the volume for each of the materials.

  3. the last thing I tried was creating a property set which I could access by dynamo, but it couldnt find the value of the volumes. I probably selected the wrong source for the automatic link, but since I dont have any experience with this menu I didnt have a clue of what I should select. (note, I didnt even start with the dynamo stuff for this one, cause it didnt even show the values under the extended data tab (only a ?)

Try Solid.Separate and Solid.Volume.

See example at 30:30. It may provide some insight.
