Tag of Tagged Elements

Is it possible to get tag of Space Element? I tried Tag.TaggedElement but did not worked for SpaceTag. Any Recommendation?

Can you share small scipt screenshot to see if you correctly understood what i want to do.
What i was looking for is to get tag element of space element. (Input must be space).
