Get Tag value of the revit tag which is tagging the linked element

Hello everyone,
is there a good way to get TagText for a revit tag which is referencing an element from a revit link ???
this what you have if tag is hosted to the element inside the current doc:

Retrieve the information through the linked element instead of through the tag to the linked element.
