Tag linked Elements

Are there any ways to tag the linked elements out by using dynamo? Or what should i input for “LinkInstance”? I have tried to connect with the link instance from get document, but still doesn’t work.

Does anybody have an answer? I have exactly the same problem (same error message) and same question (What should be the proper value of LinkInstance parameter)
