Tag Keynote by element

Hello there, Problem Solvers!

I’m simply curious if we can tag keynote with dynamo or python script. I looked through a number of forums and posts but was unable to find a solution.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Last time I tried this keynoting was not available in the Revit API unfortunately. As far as I know this is still the case.

I tried to do something like this- It is possible to change eg. door tag to keynote but, this keynote is not element keynote. Key source is read-only parameter :frowning:

Generally once keynotes are placed they can only be swapped with other keynote tag types, and their key source is fixed - Revit limitation as far as I know.
