Keynote tags not showing in list of elements

I want to get a list of keynote tags of a certain Type, then get their element IDs. When in Revit, I click “Select All Instances > In Entire Project”, I see there are 8 of these keynote tags.

However, Dynamo will not recognize these 8 items, instead returning an empty list.

Am I missing a step(s)? Is there another method to achieve this list of items?

Update: I realized I can bypass Dynamo by using the “IDs of Selection” Revit tool. That said, I am still curious why Dynamo does not present a list of these tags.
