i simply installed
2018-12-03T15:53:22.000Z 249491712 DynamoInstall1.3.4.exe
That one works!!
if you want to update Revit (so any dynamo version will work) instead - you can use the 2019.0.2 update - it should show up under mange.autodesk.com

Thank you for your advise.
I did install revit 2019 and wanted to update via manage.autodesk.com.
The funny thing is you have to activate revit first before you can update.
So the first time i tried to update the option was not available.
After activating manage.autodesk.com did provide the option to update.
And than, ofcourse all versions off dynamo are working perfectly. 
So thanks again for you help.
