Add-in conflict by the looks of it.

Check your Revit journal for ā€œAPI_Errorā€ and your Dynamo log for warning or error lines.

Make sure they donā€™t disappear again on restart of Revit. Otherwise youā€™re not actually doing anything faster, just making a bit of busy work until you decide to address it.
