Step back the building based on street offset rule

Hi guys,

I’m very new to Dynamo and Generative Design. I would like to create a generative study for the mass model options of the tower. The distance between the volume and the street should be according to the regulation, in the formula: 0.4xBuildingHeight = Distance From the middle of the street to the building. So the building will be pushed back accordingly. So with this I just would like to see whether are there any solution to script this in dynamo in order to export it to study further in the Generative Design or are there any tutorial that similar with this idea?

Please forgive me if I used any wrong term or confusion in my question above. I have only basic skill in Revit and just tried Dynamo and Generative Design yesterday. I’m also have a basic skill in Grasshopper so somebody might relate with it to make it more clear for me :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.
