I have a steel element with cope skewed modifiers as shown in the image below when I search for it in dynamo it returns an empty list, where is the problem?

I’m not an expert here, but it appears that these objects may be accessed via the steel fabrication API which is a good bit different from the Revit API (basing this on the fact that they don’t have a valid Element ID in the Revit UI).
If so you’ll have to dive deep into the API via Python to accomplish whatever your end goal is. Some info on what API content was introduced with these object types is here: The Building Coder: What's New in the Revit 2019 API.
