Solid.ByLoft produces unexpected opening

Hi All,

I have 2 profiles, 1 aligned at the start of a curve and the other aligned to the end of a curve. When I use Solid.ByLoft, I get an unusual error as it creates a random hole in the solid

Here is what I have in the solution

The geometry isn’t that complex so didn’t think this would happen. Is this a common issue?

Using Revit 2021 Dynamo 2.6.1.

Any thoughts would be grand!!

Thanks,

Brent

Hard to say as we don’t have your source geometry - could be a misunderstanding on how the node is supposed to work, or it could be an issue with the data set, or an issue with the node itself.

Can you do a save as on your graph, and then put a Data.Remember node after the List.Flatten node. Then run the graph and delete EVERY NODE except for the Data.Remember node and the Solid.ByLoft node, save the graph again (there should still be geometry on the canvas) and post that dyn? This will provide the geometry to the larger community so we can help ID what’s happening with the shape.

Thanks @jacob.small. I think I have done this correctly.
