Shapefiles (Esri shapefile) from Revit via Dynamo

Is there a way to export Shapefiles (Esri shapefile) from Revit via Dynamo?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like the format is open enough that you could manage this if someone else hadn’t already.

how about this package?

@newshunhk thanks for the reply

However we are looking for een export to shp.
Flow: Revit model (Level of Geometry + Level of Information) → export to SHP → import to ArcMap

Is that also possible with landarchbim?

Thanks in advance.

@newshunhk any idea about the above?

Thanks in advance.

The traditional path from Revit–>ArcMap is using DWG or DXF formats- but this obviously dumbs everything down to what attributes you can fit into the layer names

Although ArcGIS Pro can import Revit (and from there, potentially to SHP), my experience is that using FME (if you have that) yields the best results- because the data format/scope and translation can be controlled.
The challenge is getting the data into a GIS system a clean, manageable form- without an overwhelming amount of junk

Have a look at this post. I’m very distant from Revit, but it might be interesting: https://forum.dynamobim.com/t/how-to-create-shapefile-from-dynamo/86204
