Setting pipe start and end point in Dynamo

Hi!
I Need to relocate created pipes (unconnected) to an offset of 1.1 m from the element above them ; i have managed to get a script that tells me, considering those element above, the start and end point. So i go pipe by pipe getting the point and copy paste them into the start and end point in Revit. It would be great to have this done automatically.

Any Ideas?
