Set viewtemplate

Hello

I’m trying to attach a viewtemplate to a newly created view, but somehow route A or route B doesn’t work.
Can anyone give me advise how to attach a viewtemplate.

Attaching route A should work.

Can you upload another screenshot showing with the output of your nodes expanded and any error messages shown?

It is hard to know what is going wrong without this information.

Does the last node need lacing set to longest?

When I attach route A, the view will not be created. When route A is detached, the view will be created, but then doesn’t have a viewtemplate

Try putting a “passthrough” node from the clockwork package between the view creation node and the view.setviewtemplate node.

This is so the revit file can register the creation of the view before the application of the viewtemplate

I figured it out:
The viewtemplate itself sets the input for the parameter “hoofdmap”
This ofcourse can’t be set twice as I’m tring to add the input for that parameter in the code block aswell.
