Set parameter in current view only

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is away to set a parameter value for all elements visible in a certain view.
I want to assign a text parameters ( scopebox1) to all elements in scope box ‘‘1’’.
Any idea?

This is even more accurate. I mean I can set parameter to elements that Intersect scope boxes?
