hi just starting out using dynamo can’t find out why i can’t select model elements from my revit project? please help
Click on the “Select” button on that node.
Go to Revit and drag a window over some items in Revit.
yes well i cant click the button that’s the problem its stays gray basically and doesn’t doe anything when i click
Finish button in the top right of the Revit UI is my guess.

tried that and doesn’t work
Close Dynamo, restart it, and do a quick screenshare of what you’re seeing, with Dynamo on the right side of the screen and the full Revit UI on the left. Post a link back here and we’ll be able to direct where you’re going wrong.
Also it won’t work if you have a command active in Revit. So if you’re unsure mash the escape key a couple of times in Revit before running the Dynamo.
You had a warning with that node. What does it say?
it doesn’t say anything more when i click on it it just says ‘‘run completed with dismissed warnings’’
Try the single element one. Does that work?
no it doesn’t
You have a package or add-in conflict by the looks of it. Disable all Dynamo customizations and Revit add-ins, then restart the CPU, and try the recording again. If you get another warning click on the ! icon next to run to expand it without dismissing anything.
