I am unable to install the package for Autodesk Robot Structural Analisys.
Does anyone have a clue?

Looks like you are using Dynamo Studio instead of a Dynamo integration or Dynamo Sandbox. Dynamo studio’s package manager will not work anymore as it is no longer supported.
Use the online package site here and manually place the items where you need them. https://dynamopackages.com/
