Room.Area do not return the area in squarer-meters

I try to get the Area of rooms by using the Room.Area node.
i get numbers which are not the correct as can be seen in the schedule.

Revit is in imperial units under the hood. Convert from sqft to sqm and see if those results are more accurate.

is there explanation why the conversion does not give the same results as the schedule?

Order could be different and rounding as well.

Clockwork’s Element.Area should return room areas in display units, not internal units. Maybe try that?
