Rhynamo - Translation NurbsCurvesToDS Error

Hi

I am trying to import Rhino curves into Dynamo using Rhynamo nodes. I have the following builds on my PC

Dynamo Build: 0.8.0.950

Rhynamo Build: 2015.3.6

As a test the rhino model only contains 3 open curves on Layer 01. They seem to read correctly at node “RhinoObject.Get_RhinoObjectsByLayer” but in the following node “RhinoTranslationTODS.Rhino_NurbsCurvesToDS” the list is empty. I therefore cannot take the process further (In long run to create native revit framing elements)

Am i missing a process/up to date build along here?
