Revit to Excel Write issue

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie and my problem might sound stupid. I have many title blocks in my project and I am trying to write Titleblocks parameters(checked by, drawn by etc) to an excel file. But everytime I experiment I end up with no output and errors. Have attached the screen for reference. Please help me.

Not an expert either, just started using Dynamo this week, but I believe startRow and startCol on your write to file must be a number, not text
