Revit 201.3 – Dynamo Player not shown icons the Edit Inputs button

I update Revit 2018.0 to Revit 2018.3 when I use Dynamo Player It not shown icons the “Edit Inputs” button but scripct in dynamo select “Is Input”. Why Dynamo Player It not shown icons the “Edit Inputs” button ?
