Revisions.ByName Dynamo 2.13 Bug?

Revision.ByName does not seem to work with 2.13?
Error window.
It can’t create same Rev Number.

To clarify.
The issue only exists when the numberType input is set to “Numeric”.

Can someone please test this issue.
Numeric type of revision appears to duplicate the same rev number and throws an error
