Replacement list by condition in dynamo

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how I can change all elements
in list by condition if number is -2 then 98, if number
is -1 then 99, if number is 0 then 100 et cetera?
I try by node IF but it didn’t work.

Maby some one knows way to solve it.​​
