Replace a family that is loaded with one that is not (network location) that has the same name

Ugh this should be an easy task but for some reason it has me stumped. I am trying to replace the (placeholder) state seal in our border with another one with the same name (in a diferent state folder location) I am also trying to use Data shapes for the interface

care to share what you have done so far in Dynamo?

Oops thought I did darn Noobs lol

OK I think I know the problem looks like I am using the Document.LoadFamily node but that one doesn’t replace families that is already in the project. Ugh getting closer

well it worked fine till we upgraded to Revit 2023 and then the orchid package was modified to not work in a family. I got a response from orchid the I must use a new node but when I did it gives me the attached image error (Expects argument type(s), but was called with a string.

so it looks like I need to redo this and somehow change my string to a file. ugh

any sugestions?
