Removing the span direction after floor by room boundary (span direction causing havoc in groups)

Usually adding some picture help, I didn’t know if I got your case correctly but if the case is 4 Walls intersecting each other like the one in the photo, and you want to draw floors in between them . Use this script , Just select the 4 walls and the type of the floor needed and it will draw the case.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, however, my use case is to select the rooms and create a floor based on the room boundary. I’ll have a look at your script to learn how it works and to see if I can use any of the parts for my own
