Refined mesh that avoid a faceted geometry

I am trying to generate a soil that imitates the topography so that it is solid and to be able to make holes and a tunnel. The problem is that when generating the solid soil with the clockwork node (floor slab by points) the triangulation leaves the topography surface. I need a refined mesh, a dense mesh that really mimics the fluidity of the topography and does not slip out of it. I have to tell you that I do not control the dynamo so I am investigating, I ask you to explain it to me in a language understandable to me.
