Hello, everyone! I have a sincere question about the use of the MEPFittings.byMEPcurves node. Is it possible to create connections for pipes of different heights? For example, a pipe that goes down vertically, connects to a pipe that goes horizontally? I was trying to do this and it generated null lists in my case.
Hello @Kanon and welcome, yes its possible, just a question about sorting your data the right way, and have dynamoironpython package 2.7 version 2.5 installed as well
Oh yes, I see! I’m trying to make a simple path for 2 pipes and then increase that demand. Is there an error in my data assembly?
hard to say as you dont show your full graph with all node bubbles pinned so we can see whats goin trough
The flow is basically this, the list of lines only has the 2 lines for creating the pipes shown previously. And the pipebylines entries are standards that I always use, so much so that the pipes are created normally. I saw on the forum that perhaps lists should be given as input for creating connections, but even generating lists of 1 element the node still doesn’t work.
seems you are in 23 or 24 do you have dynamoironpython package 2.7 version 2.5 installed ?
sorry for the delay, but yes, I have these settings installed
