Query Adaptive Component Orientation?

I have placed a 1 point Adaptive Component inside of Revit and want to be able to control the rotation of the element from the Revit side. Each instance of the family is going to have a different rotation value that is driven by the floor plan configuration so it would be much easier if I could control inside of Revit. The desire is to have Dynamo reference this position/orientation from Revit and then run “child” transformations in the definition while being nested in the parent host point. Is this possible?
