I have a problem when i want to edit python node in dynamo 2.13.1 in Revit 2023 then the program close itself.
Can you restsart your CPU, recreate the crash, and post you Dynamo log and Revit journal from the crashed session?

Did you install Revit to a nonstandard drive/location?

Can you check for the directory I showed above?
