Procedure for possible errors when launching Dynamo

Hey All,

I often experience errors when launching Dynamo. especially when I havent used it for some time. It means that all that time I use to find out why it doesnt work. I could have done it manually. That should not be the case.

This time I get an Autodesk error report. I have Revit 2018 and Dynamo 1.3.3 and 2.0.2 installed. The 2.0.2 cause the error.

Is there any procedure to go througt, so that I would be able to solve the problem a little quicker?

Check the Revit journal and Dynamo logs. Remove the errors listed in both. Be sure to submit the CER and feel free to start a support case if you can’t resolve it after clearing out the issues.

I had a package that coused the error. I have removed it. And as you say Jacob, have a look in the logs.
