Problem transform CIVIL 3D polylines to dynamo geometry

Hello, i’m fighting about transforming some civil3d /Cad polylines into Dynamo geometry in order to extract some points information.
The problem is that not every polyline can be transform and i don’t know why.
any Idea.
The workflow is in the picture. The problem is the second node.

It might be a polyline which contains vertices with a zero length.

Yes! OVERKILL eliminate duplicate segments.
