Porpogate Family Along Lines

How can I get a Family to propagate along a line ??

Need this behavior in a XXXX.rvt file

For example need cable trays routed along lines defined in Dynamo

What exactly do I need to add to this script so that the cable tray I define will route along the lines defined ?

Yes.

The length of the family member needs to be equal to the distance between the 2 points.
