Hi,
Is there a way to create a script that place numerous tags on all the pipes in a view in specified space?
By default Revit place only one tag.
Hope you can help…
Welcome to the forum! Please read the forum rules before posting:
tag with pipe tag and tag with a multicategorie tag creates two tags in revit
So @yoyo can give it a try and send us some screenshots
You might want to try a line based detail item, with an array of text in it.
Then you could place just the start and end points (Which you get from the pipes) and the text will be regularly spaced between them.
The disadvantage of not using a tag would be that if the pipes are move you would have to regenerate the text.
It is posibble. These 2 nodes might proof useful
Good to know!
Thank you very much, I’ll give it a try.
hello nico !
I would like to know where do you find your node element location please ?
I ask your help for inser a family at the end of pipe with the point how you find
pipe select and tag.dyn (5.5 KB)
Element.Location Node is from the package Clockwork
this might be useful too (all build in nodes):
