Placing face based family using Dynamo

I have made this script for placing face based families, but the problem is that the final node is returning “null”. What to do for that?

Where can I check whether the family is face-based or not?

i created a generic model (Facebased - Area)

I see. The wall was hosting the family that I was using. That’s why I was getting this error. Thanks for the help!
