OSCULATING CURVE ERROR! - Geometry Trim

Hey everyone, I am trying to trim the solid under the stairs so it forms to the bottom. but im getting this error. is there another way to bring that surface to the bottom of the stairs?

is it possible for you to post the whole DYN and the error message you are getting?

STAIRS2.dyn (38.3 KB)

DYN and what do you mean by whole error

I would guess the text of the warning as it’s displayed - helps to not have to re type it.

More importantly, the Revit file used to create these shapes is needed - how things were originally modeled will mater here. Delete everything other than the items needed to reproduce the warning (including all views but one 3D view), purge unused three times or more (tip: hit enter on your keyboard after the first execution), and strip out as much as possible for JUST the element geometry to be included. Then post that RVT. Alternatively you can start a new file with NO TEMPLATE, and paste the relevant elements into the new file via copy + paste, and confirm that will work. A final option is to use the Data.Remember node to serialize the geometry into the DYN, delete the Revit nodes to gather the data, and save the dyn as ‘filename_serialized_geometry.dyn.
